Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced engineer with a Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and is responsible for preparing project proposals, liaising with sub-vendors, and ensuring seamless project handover. Exposure to oil and gas regulations and international codes is an advantage. A commitment to safety and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries.
• Exposure in Oil and Gas Process engineering is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations of oil & gas and offshore industry.

Responsibilities

• Review enquiries, project specifications, and communicate with clients for clarifications.
• Perform heating equipment sizing and prepare proposals for tenders.
• Liaise with sub-vendors for technical and commercial support.
• Attend technical bid clarification meetings as necessary.
