Overview

VACANT POSITION: OPERATION EXECUTIVE (OIL & GAS)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CONTRACT / PERMANENT

START DATE: MARCH 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinate and manage daily operational activities for oil & gas inspection and fabrication projects/ works.

Schedule inspectors, equipment and inspection activities according to project requirements.

Ensure inspection works comply with applicable standards (API, ASME, ISO) and client specifications.

Prepare, manage and maintain operation documentation including ITPs, checklists, reports and certificates.

Liaise with clients, inspectors, third-party inspectors and internal teams.

Monitor project progress and budget, turnaround time (TAT) and operational performance.

Coordinating the mobilization/demobilization of equipment and personnel.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company rules and regulations.

Support management in operational reporting every month and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Basic knowledge of oil & gas inspection, standards such as API, ASME, ISO is an advantage
  • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and operational record-keeping
  • Good communication skills for dealing with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks (multitasking)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and CAD software
  • Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented work attitude
  • Willing to work overtime and attend project sites if require
  • ISO 9001:2015 certification as advantage
