A leading customer service firm in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support clients with online orders and provide timely assistance through phone and email. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, B2 level English proficiency, and at least 6 months experience in customer support.
