A leading construction company in Malaysia seeks a Sales Manager to oversee heavy vehicle sales and fleet solutions. The candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sales team, and ensure strong customer relationships. A degree in sales or marketing is required, along with 5 - 10 years' experience in vehicle sales, preferably in commercial sectors. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office, possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and have leadership capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our heavy vehicle sales and fleet solutions, preparing sales policies, purchase and billing procedures, as well as establish sales systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and coordinate the sales team by setting sales targets, developing strategies, and overseeing the sales process. The role will be based at the Bukit Kemuning Workshop, Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor.
