180 Recruitment Consultant (Specialized Focus – Client OR Candidate Side)

Client-Focused 180: Build and manage relationships with client companies, understand their hiring needs, and collaborate with internal team to deliver suitable candidates.

Candidate-Focused 180: Source, assess, and guide job seekers, matching them to the right roles while supporting them throughout the hiring process.

360 Recruitment Consultant (End-to-End Recruitment)

Manage the full cycle of recruitment – from developing new client business to sourcing, matching, and placing candidates.

Build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Take full ownership of job orders and drive results across sales and recruitment.

Who Should Apply?

Diploma or Degree holders in any field (Psychology, HR, Business, Hospitality are a plus)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – full training provided!

Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
