Social Media Manager Cum Graphic Designer
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in social media, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
- Adobe Illustrator (AI)
- Canva
- CapCut or equivalent editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content, and content strategy.
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong sense of design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for Malaysian culture — knowledge of Batik, Songket, or local crafts is a big plus.
Responsibility
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts, and more.
- Develop short-form video content and high-quality graphic posts.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt quickly to trends.
- Use Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., to produce engaging visuals.
- Write captions that are creative, relevant, and aligned with brand voice.
Community Management & Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer messages across social platforms.
- Engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Produce digital and print collaterals: posters, banners, packaging artwork, POSM, product labels, and more.
- Edit images, prepare artwork files, and maintain organized design archives.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and production requirements.
- Support the creation of packaging, candle labels, and visuals for new product development.
Website & E-Commerce Support
- Keep Life Design Studio’s website visually fresh and updated.
- Assist with marketplace visuals for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
KOL & Influencer Collaboration
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with KOLs/influencers.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with promotions and sales goals.
- Produce creative assets for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
Digital Advertising & Performance Tracking
- Manage ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Prepare bi-weekly marketing and performance reports.
Event & Retail Activity Support
- Assist with pop-ups, retail activations, and collaborative events.
- Provide creative support for in-store marketing needs.
Ad Hoc Creative & Marketing Tasks
- Support corporate client artwork needs and occasional retail or packing tasks.
