Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

We are looking for two experienced Mandarin-speaking Personal Assistants to provide direct support to our Director. This role requires strong coordination capability, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism. You will be involved in handling confidential matters and business arrangements, requiring maturity, discretion, and adaptability.

About the Role

Mandarin speaking required. The role involves direct support to the Director with confidential matters and business arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director’s daily calendar, meetings, appointments and time-sensitive schedules
  • Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, reports, presentations and relevant documentation
  • Handle Chinese correspondence, translation, and communication with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
  • Track action items, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely execution
  • Arrange business travel itineraries (local & overseas), including logistics and documentation
  • Assist in reception and official duties when required, ensuring proper representation of the Director and company
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin(必须能读、写、说中文)
  • Good command of English; able to communicate confidently with partners and stakeholders
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant PA/EA experience, preferably supporting Directors or C-level leaders
  • Mature, pleasant, positive, and well-presented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and multitasking abilities
  • Able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially PPT & Excel
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willing to travel for business (local & overseas)
