Job summary

A leading automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual to manage vehicle sales documentation and assist the sales team with loan applications. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum Diploma or SPM qualification, have experience in the automotive industry, and be proficient in CRM and SQL accounting software. You will handle various administrative duties, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain excellent communication within the team. Benefits include EPF and medical claims.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Assist sales team with loan applications and liaising with banks.
  • Perform administrative duties like filing, typing, and data input.

Job description
RESPONSIBILITY
  • Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.
  • Responsible for registration of new Vehicle Sales Order, issue receipt, new vehicle insurance issuance etc.
  • To ensure that all the procedure of payment is follow accordingly.
  • Assist sales team for submit loan application at bank and to liaise with Bank / Finance Co. officer regarding loan application, loan process and loan disbursement matters.
  • Assist renewal insurance notice, prepare renewal of Vehicle Insurance and road tax
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Input data into accounting system (familiar with SQL accounting system)
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Possess minimum Diploma or SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Automotive industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in CRM software,Ms Office & SQL accounting software.
  • Team player with good communication skill among colleagues and Sales Advisors.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadline
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Knowledge of automotive processes (registration, financing).
