Job description

The Diet Technician cum Admin I supports dietitians in delivering high-quality nutrition care and efficient front-desk operations. This role ensures the right diet is served to patients, manages nutrition product inventory, handles administrative tasks, and provides excellent customer service in alignment with the hospital’s standards.

Assist dietitians in patient nutrition care, including diet coordination and product supply management.

Conduct basic nutrition screening and anthropometric measurements under dietitian supervision.

Perform inventory checks on nutritional products, stationery, and department supplies.

Handle registration, appointment scheduling, and patient enquiries at the front desk.

Support dietitians in community nutrition and health promotion activities.

Liaise with F&B, nursing, and dietetics teams to ensure meal accuracy and quality.

Maintain proper documentation, reports, and filing of patient and department records.

Assist in departmental projects, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Uphold hospital values, service standards, and safety procedures.

Requirement & Qualification

Diploma in Health Science, Food Service Management, or related fieldis an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Pleasant personality, good communication, and a strong team player.
