Responsibilities

Are you a driven individual with a passion for supporting sales strategies, engaging with customers, and maintaining operational excellence? You'll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and driving efficiency in day‑to‑day operations.

Sales Support
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports and customer databases.
  • Coordinate sales activities, delivery planning.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Executives on pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules to meet customer inquiries.
Customer Communication
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide/service information and follow up on leads.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery.
  • Handling customer enquiries, quotation and provide back end support for sales team.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by facilitating timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining proactive follow‑ups with clients.
Order Processing
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.
  • Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order status.
  • Willing and able to handle ad‑hoc assignments by superior from time to time.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Maintain sales documentation, price list and agreements.
Cross‑Department Coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance and warehouse to support sales operation.
  • Ensure alignment on product availability, delivery timelines and customer requirements.
