Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Key Account, B2B, Business Development, or PR roles (preferably in FMCG/beauty/personal care).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence to lead external discussions.
- Experience handling retail partners (Watsons/Guardian) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Comfortable with numbers — sell-through, stock analysis, margins, promo ROI.
- A proactive, relationship-driven person who represents the brand well.
- Passion for sustainability and mission-driven consumer brands.
Success Metrics (First 90–180 Days)
- Improve sell-out velocity for Watsons by category.
- Maintain in-store OSA (on-shelf availability) target above 95%.
- Grow B2B revenue pipeline and close new partnerships.

We are expanding into retail chains and deepening B2B collaborations across corporate gifting, hospitality, wellness partners, and media stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can strengthen our relationships, open new channels, and ensure HYGR is represented professionally and consistently.
Role Overview
The Key Account & External Relations Manager will manage HYGR’s major retail accounts (e.g., Watsons), B2B clients, distributors, partners, and public‑facing stakeholders.
Your goal: Grow sell‑out, improve in‑store visibility, strengthen B2B sales, and represent HYGR externally with confidence and professionalism.
This role requires strong coordination with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure availability, timely launches, and consistent brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management (Retail & Distributors)
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day relationships with Watsons, Guardian, and other retail partners.
- Negotiate trading terms, promo calendars, allocations, and listing opportunities.
- Track weekly sell‑out, ROS, and stock levels by store/region.
- Ensure on‑shelf availability, correct merchandising, and execution of promo plans.
- Coordinate with BAs and merchandising teams to maintain visibility and education.
2. B2B Sales & Partnership Development
- Grow HYGR’s B2B portfolio: corporate gifting, hotels, gyms, wellness centres, events, collaborations.
- Build proposals, pricing structures, and partnership decks.
- Identify and open new revenue channels aligned with HYGR’s sustainable mission.
- Manage end‑to‑end B2B project execution, from inquiry to delivery.
3. External Relations & Public Communications
- Build and maintain relationships with media, creators, KOLs, organisations, and NGOs.
- Support PR opportunities: interviews, product seeding, event participation, CSR partnerships.
- Represent HYGR professionally in external meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with HYGR’s brand values and sustainability vision.
4. Internal Coordination & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure stock readiness and prevent OOS situations.
- Collaborate with Marketing for campaign alignment and launch activations.
- Support Finance in reconciling claims, agreements, and retail promo deductions.
- Prepare weekly reports on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
