Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are maintained at all times

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control food & operational costs

Implement and maintain SOPs in compliance with health and safety regulations

Prepare sales reports and assist management in achieving business targets

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food service

Support marketing activities, promotions, and special events when required
