Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic or corporate communications, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in brand management, public relations, and media engagement.
- Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience working in GLC/GLIC or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience in a start-up or transformation environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Communications Department in developing and executing branding, media, marketing, and public relations strategies.
- Develop and implement communication plans that strengthen the organization’s image and reputation.
- Oversee media relations, digital communications, internal communications, and corporate events to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to management on communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage corporate branding, advertising, and social media initiatives to enhance public awareness and visibility.
- Oversee crisis communication and ensure timely, transparent, and effective responses.
- Monitor and evaluate communication performance and media coverage to measure effectiveness.
- Integrate safety and compliance awareness into all corporate communications initiatives.
