Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  • Prepare and issue documents such as invoices, catalogs, quotations, and shipping papers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor activity on e-commerce and B2B platforms and respond to inquiries.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Assist with content creation, social media updates, and digital marketing activities.
