Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Spoken & written skills) with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles will be an added advantage.
Responsibility
  • Provides crucial support to the sales team by managing orders, processing documents like sales proposal, maintaining customer databases, handling inquiries, ensuring smooth operations from order placement to delivery, and acting as a liaison between clients, sales reps, and other departments to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Department to handle day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure & check all sales documents submitted by sales team are in order.
  • Organize and prepare necessary travel documents for overseas customer visits.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisition Forms (PRF) for air tickets and coordinate submission to HQ.
  • Work with operations for cost improvement.
  • Prepare progress reports on progress of sales projects.
  • Work with Sales Admin, Operation, Engineering and technical team to prepare & follow up monthly claim.
  • Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
