A. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies for MT, GT and HoReCa to achieve monthly and annual targets.

B. Modern Trade (MT)
- Manage key accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets and chain stores.
- Negotiate trading terms, listing, promotional activities and visibility agreements.
- Ensure planogram compliance, on-shelf availability and effective merchandising.
- Monitor MT performance by outlet and chain.
C. Traditional Market (General Trade, GT)
- Lead and support the sales team/stockists/wholesalers to increase coverage and penetration.
- Ensure sufficient product availability, stock rotation and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute trade programs, dealer incentives and ground promotions.
- Strengthen relationships with traditional retail outlets and distributors.
D. HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café & Catering)
- Identify and develop new HoReCa accounts including F&B operators, caterers, hotels and restaurants.
- Work closely with procurement/chef teams to present product value and usage.
- Conduct sampling, product training and demonstrations when required.
- Build strong pipeline opportunities for long‑term partnerships.
E. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise, coach and motivate sales team (executives, merchandisers, promoters).
- Set KPIs, monitor performance and conduct monthly business reviews.
- Provide guidance on route planning, outlet coverage and sales execution.
F. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Oversee sales forecasting, stock planning and promotion calendar.
- Ensure accuracy of sales reports, outlet performance and ROI analysis.
- Monitor A&P spending to ensure cost efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to support sales operations.
G. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with key decision makers across all segments.
- Manage customer complaints, resolve issues promptly and maintain service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years sales experience in FMCG; experience in rice, spices or food products is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade, Traditional Market and HoReCa channels.
- Proven track record in account management and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership experience in managing a sales team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
