Job description
Responsibilities
- Promote and offer the company’s products by approaching existing and prospective customers.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and messaging to potential customers from provided leads to introduce our products and generate sales opportunities.
- Identify and secure potential business opportunities.
- Plan, schedule and implement sales strategies, activities and campaign related actions in order to meet assigned sales targets and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and assist whenever required with the marketing, product development and customer support teams.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, meet client expectations and guarantee smooth campaign execution and delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on key account performance to sales management.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
- Prior experience or good network/relationship with corporate, developer, hotel or fitness industry.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business Development or Sales (B2B).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or professional qualifications in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- Resourceful with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Aggressive, committed and results‑driven.
- Resilient and adaptable to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
