Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related technology fields.
  • Background in business development, technical marketing, product management, or partner management.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market, customer, and technical data.
  • Familiarity with FPGA, SoC, embedded systems, or semiconductor ecosystem preferred.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • High ownership, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.

Business / Market / Application Analytics
  • Analyze customer segments, applications, and regional trends to support product and business decisions.
  • Consolidate Salesforce/customer data to identify opportunities, gaps, and business patterns.
  • Prepare market intelligence summaries, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations.
Ecosystem & Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate with 3rd-party IP vendors, solution partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Support IP licensing workflows: evaluation releases, agreements, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare materials and follow-ups for partner discussions, joint development, and solution enablement.
  • Track partner deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and commercial/technical milestones.
Business Development Operations
  • Prepare customer-facing materials: summaries, proposals, BD updates, and internal reports.
  • Follow up with customers/distributors on action items, requirements, and next steps.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between Solutions, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Perform tasks needed by company which adhere to company policy to ensure company’s business operation.
Qualifications
