Sales Representative – Pet Food Industry (Based in Perak Region)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our pet food manufacturing team in the Perak region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with retailers, distributors, and veterinary clinics, and expanding our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pet food products to retail outlets, wholesalers, veterinary clinics, and pet stores
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up on after-sales support

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, or pet care products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages (e.g., Mandarin or Tamil) are an advantage
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Perak and surrounding regions
