• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or retail operations, FMCG experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with experience as promoters encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and liaise with supply chain for replenishment.
• Coordinate delivery and placement of POSM.
• Assist in managing retail accounts and preparing materials for meetings.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Assist in planning promotions and track campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain product listings and process promotional claims.
• Support new product rollouts and coordinate visibility materials.
• Monitor competitor activity and support market scan reports.
• Serve as contact point for retailers and internal departments.
• Assist in trade fairs and brand activations.
