A logistics company in Johor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage 3PL relationships and oversee inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • FMCG / travel retail / transport and logistics business experience preferred.
  • Must be based in Johor Bahru for easier commute.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with the 3PL in charge of warehousing.
  • Coordinates and communicates business requirements with 3PL.
  • Oversee operational performance and maintain performance KPIs.
  • Conducts meetings with 3PL to review performance and safety matters.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for inbound and outbound operations.

Skills

Good communication skill in English
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in ambiguity
Ability to prioritise numerous tasks
