Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all branches/outlets under your region.
• Achieve regional sales, profit, and performance KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance, service quality, and brand consistency.
• Implement and monitor strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales and performance reports to identify trends and opportunities.
