Job summary

A leading food manufacturing firm in Selangor is looking for a Production Executive to assist the production manager in overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a skilled production team. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Science, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in both Bahasa and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Sound knowledge in BRC standards and ISO 22000.
• Specialized background in Quality Control.
• Ability to read, write and speak Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist production manager in overseeing manufacturing processes.
• Identify operational losses and improve productivity.
• Review production output and workforce deployment continuously.
• Provide leadership and training to the production team.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering for machine maintenance.
• Participate in R&D initiatives for product improvement.
