Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects

  • Prepare, review and administer main contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements

  • Manage tender processes including evaluation, clarification and award recommendations

  • Handle progress claims, interim payments, variation orders (VO), EOT and final accounts

  • Monitor project budget, cost control, cash flow and financial performance

  • Identify, assess and manage contractual and commercial risks

  • Advise project teams on contractual obligations, rights and entitlements

  • Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on contractual, claims and commercial matters

  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and statutory requirements

  • Prepare monthly cost reports, financial forecasts and management reports

  • Maintain proper contract documentation, correspondence and records

  • Support dispute resolution, claims negotiations and settlement where required
