• Experience in Contract Management, Cost Management or Cost Engineering project environment.
• Prior experience in data center construction.
• Chartered (desirable).
• Ability to work with Cost Managers and report to management.
• Experience preparing contractual and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Contract Procurement Plan and report on performance.
• Facilitate vendor oversight and performance management.
• Provide oversight of the GC trade subcontract procurement plan.
• Attend weekly change triage meetings for contract support.
• Manage the Dispute Resolution Process.
