- Carry out specific projects in designated departments under supervision during a 12-month training period.
- Support day-to-day activities and collaborate with colleagues to achieve divisional business targets.
- Assist Global Network Banking in accelerating and delivering strategic priorities, including preparing key materials and reports for strategic reviews and senior management decisions.
- Engage and interact with key stakeholders across Business, Product, Risk functions, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office.
- Obtain, review, synthesize, and present data and commentary to support senior management decision-making.
- Maintain a high standard of personal and written communication, collaborating across multiple teams and interacting with executives.
- Produce high-quality work with minimal direction and guidance.
- Understand complex, dynamic, and evolving situations quickly and strategically.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second class upper.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
