e-Commerce Marketing Manager (Team Leader)

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on, and data‑driven eCommerce Client Store Manager to oversee and grow client storefronts across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and web platforms. This role involves leading a dedicated team, driving marketplace performance, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and platform partners to ensure smooth store operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Team & Store Management
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for day‑to‑day operations of client stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and websites.
  • Supervise team tasks such as product uploads, listing optimization, and store readiness.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for store operations, campaign launches, and client service.
Client Strategy & Planning
  • Draft and manage tailored business plans for each client, including sales targets, marketing fund allocation, and ROI projections.
  • Strategize monthly campaign calendars, launch plans, and promotional campaigns in line with platform mechanics and client objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on performance and growth roadmaps.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and implement in‑app marketing campaigns using platform tools such as bundles, add‑ons, vouchers, M.S.S.S, and broadcast messages.
  • Coordinate external marketing efforts including joint collaborations, Meta seeding, and brand partnerships.
  • Execute and monitor FB CPAS campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
Advertising & Keyword Strategy
  • Conduct research and develop strategic keyword advertising plans tailored to client goals and category benchmarks.
  • Implement and optimise paid keyword ads (search and discovery ads) to improve visibility and ROAS.
Client Onboarding & Support
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients including alignment on KPIs, timelines, and communication workflows.
  • Provide responsive support for general client requests and issue resolution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyse campaign and store performance metrics to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Provide clients with clear performance reports, recommendations, and action plans.
Affiliate & Influencer Engagement
  • Identify and recruit relevant affiliates through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok affiliate programs to boost traffic and conversions.
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Benchmark against competitors to understand pricing, campaign strategy, and product trends.
  • Stay up to date with marketplace changes, new features, and consumer behaviour trends to inform strategy.
Platform & Internal Collaboration
  • Liaise with marketplace KAMs or BD representatives to secure campaign slots and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Logistics, Finance, Tech) to ensure seamless client delivery.
Team Development
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build platform and client management expertise.
  • Conduct regular feedback and performance reviews to promote team growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum [3] years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with exposure to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or website management.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns, executing platform marketing tools, and optimizing store performance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms (keyword search, CPAS, Meta Ads) and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, campaign A/B testing, and digital trends is a plus.
