Job description
Project Engineer - Process/ Mechanical (Contract)

Project or contract review (tender or implementation stage).

Project resource planning and work scheduling.

Establishment of project-specific document control system at TTDI office in accordance with the quality management system.

Preparation of PQP or any section or sections thereof.

Administration and management of the Works or any section or sections thereof.

Inspection and testing as specified in the PQP or Contract.

Monitoring and reporting activities for the Project.

Monitoring of health, quality, safety, security and environmental plans (whichever is applicable).

Monitoring coordination, review and submission of progress payment to the Customer and facilitate timely payment to sub-contractors and suppliers.

Administration of EOT, VO, CPO, CPC, DLP, project handover, CNC and LAD (whichever is applicable).

Assessment (prevailing and post-mortem) of sub-contractor’s, vendor’s and consultant’s performance.

Ensures all QMS activities under the assigned Projects are implemented effectively.

Responsible for other duties and functions stipulated in the QMS documents.

Any other tasks that the Company shall assign from time to time.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Chemical/ Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience.

Knowledge in MS Project application, preparation of tenders / contract documents and construction cost estimation
