Overview

Join HSBC as a Graduate Trainee in Global Network Banking to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic business priorities and senior management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specific projects in designated departments under supervision during a 12-month training period.
• Support day-to-day activities and collaborate with colleagues to achieve divisional business targets.
• Assist Global Network Banking in accelerating and delivering strategic priorities, including preparing key materials and reports for strategic reviews and senior management decisions.
• Engage and interact with key stakeholders across Business, Product, Risk functions, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office.
• Obtain, review, synthesize, and present data and commentary to support senior management decision-making.
• Maintain a high standard of personal and written communication, collaborating across multiple teams and interacting with executives.
• Produce high-quality work with minimal direction and guidance.
• Understand complex, dynamic, and evolving situations quickly and strategically.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second class upper.
