Key Responsibilities
Audit Finding Resolution
- Review and analyze internal audit findings.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Track resolution progress and ensure full closure within agreed timelines.
VIP Visit Feedback Resolution
- Manage, investigate, and resolve feedback received during VIP visits.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement improvements.
New Store Scheduling
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely notification and execution of new store openings.
- Maintain and communicate an updated store opening schedule.
Store Relocations & Closures
- Lead the planning and coordination of store relocations and closures.
Display Tools Implementation
- Evaluate and roll out new display tools to enhance in-store presentation and customer experience.
- Monitor implementation effectiveness and compliance at the store level.
New Product Category Expansion
- Plan and oversee the introduction of new product categories in stores.
- Work closely with merchandising and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution.
Business Strategy Execution
- Implement key business development projects and strategies.
New Country Expansion Support
- Support international expansion efforts by assisting in the identification of suitable staff for secondment.
- Coordinate readiness activities and provide follow-up support for overseas assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in retail operations, strategic project execution, or business development.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, or similar).
