Senior/ Mechanical Manager (Semicon/ Automated machine)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing and implementing innovative mechanical solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in automation systems and machine design, coupled with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee mechanical design projects from concept through production, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of automation systems to develop efficient and effective solutions.
  • Utilize product development lifecycle methodologies to guide project execution, from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Implement FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DOE (Design of Experiments) methodologies to identify and mitigate risks throughout the development process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience with automation systems and machine design.
  • Minimum of 8 years in mechanical design or application engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, risk management practices, and FMEA/DOE methodologies.
  • Proficient in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
