We are seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance our brand presence, foster employee engagement, and strengthen corporate identity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

What will you do?

1. Strategic Communications & Brand Management
   • Execute communication-related initiatives to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across internal and external channels.
   • Oversee corporate identity, digital presence, and media relations to enhance brand reputation and positioning.
   • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communication materials align with corporate messaging, tone, and visual identity.
2. Corporate Events, Sponsorships & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Plan, manage, and execute high-impact corporate events, sponsorships, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business objectives.
   • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and enhance partnerships.
   • Lead end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event impact analysis.
3. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
   • Implement internal communication programs that drive employee engagement, collaboration, and a strong company culture.
   • Content development of leadership communications and employee engagement initiatives.
   • Oversee and maintain the company intranet portal, ensuring it remains a dynamic and engaging platform for employees.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Master's degree encouraged.

Level of minimal experience
6-10 years

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or marketing roles. Experience in financial services preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, event planning, digital marketing, and leadership abilities.

• Proven experience in execution of major communication, branding, and event initiatives.

Required skills

• Ability to independently manage communication initiatives.

• Ability to advise leadership on branding and communication strategies.
