A leading medical device company is seeking a candidate in Kuala Lumpur to manage customer relationships and drive sales. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least one year of medical sales experience in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills and be proficient in both English and Malay. Willingness to travel and possess a valid driving license is essential. The company values trust and credibility, aiming to improve their presence in the medical market.
Prepare clear pre-call and post call plans. To have clear objectives when calling at all times and to meet the objectives of the call.
To provide accurate article numbers and pricing when preparing quotations and to follow-up on the outcome of the quotations.
To track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations, to also follow through on the overall purchasing process.
Consistently provide accurate information for any updating needed in the company system.
Consistently updating competitors' information which includes organisation chart, business strategy and business alliance.
Maintaining good customer relationships by building trust and credibility with customers.
The ability to assist business development in developing the business plan and the execution of all the planning to the market.
To organise and conduct talks in wards and respective departments.
To organise and conduct hospital level talks.
Capable of handling other task or assignment when assign by management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum one year of medical sales experience in Malaysia.
Good presentation skills and computer literate as well as proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.
Possess own transport and valid driving licence, willing to travel outstation.
Medical devices market knowledge, understanding of healthcare environment in Malaysia and various selling techniques.
