Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated & growth-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves working with SME clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending suitable software solutions. You will be involved in prospecting, consultation, product presentation and driving system adoption together with our customer success team.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, learning about business operations, and building a long-term career in the Sales, SaaS / technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential SME clients through prospecting and follow-ups
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos and requirement discussions
  • Manage leads, pipeline activities and closing processes
  • Work closely with Customer Success Team on customer onboarding and adoption
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and account follow-up
  • Prepare basic sales reports and activity tracking
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – sales experience is a strong advantage
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation & presentation skills
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by results
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin/Malay (to liaise with diverse clients)
  • Positive attitude, self-driven and willing to learnAble to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses own transport and is willing to travel for client meetings
