Job summary

A logistics company in Kuantan, Pahang is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business by identifying and selling to prospects while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess good MS Office skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates must be willing to travel and have their own transport. This role demands a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities (recommending profit and service improvements).

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench marking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.

At least one (1) year experience in sales / marketing / business development role with proven track records.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; speak in Mandarin will be advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office applications is a pre-requisite.

Possess own transport with D license and willing to travel to do sale.

Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
