• As Supply Chain Team Lead, you are responsible for managing teams in procurement, logistics, expediting or any other Supply Chain activities. Your role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting operational needs

• You lead and manage the supply chain team, providing direction and ensuring team performance aligns with project and operations goals.
• You collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with project timelines and operational requirements.
• You monitor supply chain performance for your scope of responsibility, analyze risks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• You ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations in all supply chain activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, procurement processes, and supply chain best practices.
