As a Sales Executive - Avitum in B.Braun, you will play a vital role in driving market growth by delivering innovative dialysis solutions to healthcare providers. Your expertise and customer focus will help expand our footprint, build lasting partnerships, and ultimately improve patient outcomes across Malaysia.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive territorial sales performance to meet or exceed budgeted goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and responsible expense management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to prepare quotations, win tenders/contracts, and expand account coverage across the dialysis market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams to support sustainable growth.
  • Promote B. Braun’s dialysis products through educational initiatives, product demonstrations, and on-site support to enhance customer understanding and adoption.
  • Utilize CRM tools for territory analysis, sales tracking, and reporting. Maintain accurate records of sales leads, quotations, and competitor intelligence.
  • Manage product complaints and pharmacovigilance processes in accordance with SOPs, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
  • Attend industry events, training sessions, and internal meetings. Work independently while contributing as a team player and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Science.
  • Min 3 years of medical devices surgical sales experience, with preferred exposure in Dialysis / Renal products.
  • Various selling techniques and able to apply / demonstrate it during business / product promotion to customers.
  • Strive to innovate in business and aspire to lead a team in the future.
