Job summary

A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate Training Specialist to develop and conduct training for Unit Trust Consultants. The role requires a degree in any discipline, strong proficiency in English, and a minimum of 5 years in the financial industry, including 3 years of training experience. Ideal candidates will have good interpersonal skills and be passionate about developing others, with the ability to travel nationwide as needed.

  • Ensure smooth coordination of all training logistics.
  • Track attendance and assessment results for reporting and compliance.
  • Provide coaching and support to Agency Leaders on training and development activities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
