About the role

As a Telemarketing professional in the Telco industry, you will be responsible for outbound sales, connecting with potential customers, and promoting the company's products and services. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions
• Effectively communicate the benefits of the company's offerings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong sales abilities
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve processes and strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales, preferably within the Telco industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade customers
• Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
• A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude
