Qualifications

• Strategic L&D leader capable of driving measurable upskilling at scale.
• Experience with CliftonStrengths or similar assessment certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Development & Learning for Malaysia-Singapore.
• Shape leadership, commercial, and digital learning for 450 corporate employees.
• Define the local L&D roadmap linking initiatives to business priorities.
• Review and refine leadership programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs that promote L'Oréal's values.
• Lead the Annual Learning Week to engage the organization.
