Work you’ll do

At Deloitte Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation, we work with organisations in Southeast Asia and globally who are seeking to turnaround, restructure, transform & grow their business. We analyse quantitative data and assess qualitative factors relevant to the client’s situation. We help businesses, financiers and governments to improve value outcomes across the spectrum ranging from companies seeking to turnaround short-term under-performance to those experiencing financial stress.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical field
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Team player, willing to collaborate and take the initiative to propose solutions
• Comfortable in face of fast‑paced, uncertain and/or ambiguous situations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation applications like Tableau, PowerBI and Python are not essential but will be viewed favourably
• Willing to travel to other Southeast Asia and international locations on assignments
• Min 3 years’ experience working in an accounting or consulting firm or financial institution
