• Create both subject and multidisciplinary learning opportunities using your insights into pedagogical approaches for students within the Business Studies and Economics.
• Create curriculum in a myriad of ways through personalisation, inquiry, problem‑based, challenges‑based, project‑based exploration, hands‑on application, problem‑solving and critical thinking.
• Cultivate a compassionate learning environment where students are equal and engaged in authentic learning experiences.
• Lead a team working productively in interdisciplinary synthesis, in order to develop deeper understanding of concepts.
• Build a learning atmosphere that leads students to feel part of a rigorous but joyful learning community.

• A diverse experience of different international curricula.
• Experience of facilitation and Business Studies and Economics Department of effective group work in dynamic settings.
• Experience with the development of student project‑based learning, organisational, and research skills necessary to conduct inquiry, problem, project or even phenomena based interdisciplinary learning.
• Personalise guidance for each student based on feedback and needs.
• Create relevant and authentic learning experiences.
• Lead a team who can support students to evidence their learning.

• Deep knowledge of, and an infectious passion for, a range of Business Studies and Economics content.
• Experience teaching Business Studies and Economics through engaging learning experiences.
• Remarkable entrepreneurial drive, creativity and ability to bring new ideas to fruition.
