During the program, trainees will rotate through various key departments, gaining exposure to Sales, Operations & Product Planning, Marketing, Data Analysis, and more. • Rotate through multiple departments to gain comprehensive industry knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Assist the Sales Team in understanding customer needs, selling travel packages, and building strong client relationships
• Support Operations & Product Planning by coordinating travel itineraries, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring seamless trip execution
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and branding initiatives
• Analyze data trends and market insights to enhance business decision‑making and optimise travel offerings
• Participate in training sessions, mentorship programmes, and leadership development activities
• Take on special projects and assignments as required to enhance learning and contribute to business growth

• Fresh graduates, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Passionate about the travel industry and eager to build a long‑term career in tourism
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
