Job summary

A technology distribution company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support Executive to manage partner quotations and renewals, organize workshops, and support marketing activities. Prepare and respond to customer/partner quotations and inquiries promptly.

Maintain and manage a renewal pipeline for subscription and license-based products.

Liaise with vendors to ensure renewal targets and expectations are met.

Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely processing of orders and renewals.

Organize product workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for partners and resellers.

Support partners with product-related information, sales tools, and competitive positioning.

Assist in partner onboarding and driving adoption of product-specific programs or promotions.

Plan and execute marketing activities, such as EDM, Reseller seminars & Technical workshops.

Handle event logistics such as venue coordination, banner/bunting preparation, door gifts, brochures, and promotional materials.

Support marketing communications and campaign execution related to assigned products.

Act as the primary liaison between the vendor and internal sales teams.

Provide weekly updates and reports to vendors on sales performance, pipeline and marketing activities.

Ensure alignment with vendor guidelines and expectations.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales support, product management or IT distribution (preferably in cybersecurity).

Good organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Willing to travel occasionally for partner meetings or events.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malays.
