Responsibilities

• Attend to guest promptly in a courteous manner.
• Greets guest in a pleasant manner to make them feel welcome.
• Take guest orders and key them in immediately.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check that guest orders are served according to the food preparation timing.
• Check guest satisfaction continually and clear service.
• Handle cashier, ensuring all bills are correctly charged and appropriate change is given for cash payment.
• Maintain a good working environment by being helpful and cooperating with all fellow colleagues.
• Handle all equipment and working tools in the department with care.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary or equivalent (STPM/'A' Level/Pre‑U), Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or any field.
