Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house cleanliness.
  • Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver efficient and quality service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and appearance standards.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering for smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as duty rosters, reports, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in an international hotel, including supervisory level.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and equipment handling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Computer literate and familiar with housekeeping management systems.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work under pressure.
