Responsibilities include ensuring timely payroll processing and accurate submissions to relevant authorities. Aufgaben
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports.
- Handle accurate and timely statutory submissions.
Kenntnisse
Ausbildung
This role is required to support Singapore payroll, billing administration and management of contracts. To provide premium and value-added services to candidates and clients based in Singapore. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and billing.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary.
- Prepare billing to clients.
- Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes.
- Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation.
- Filing of form IR21 tax clearance.
- Generate yearly IR8A.
- Submit insurance claim.
- Possess Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Business/CAT or LCCI.
- Fresh graduates welcomed, training will be provided.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS office.
