Job summary
A hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly and professional Spa Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, handle inquiries, and process payments while maintaining accurate financial records. Strong communication skills in English are required, with additional proficiency in Mandarin or Malay being advantageous. A positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
