Job description

Join the growing team at T. L. Leou Tax Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd as a full‑time Tax Administrator based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation filing of tax returns and provide customer support services to our clients across a range of industries.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales and service tax, and other relevant tax forms
  • Liaise with the Inland Revenue Board and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients
  • Provide customer support services on the Tax system
  • Provide practical tax planning advice to clients
  • Assist with the preparation of tax budgets, projections, and estimates
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date tax records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving tax efficiency and compliance
  • Liaise directly with clients on tax‑related matters, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Assist clients in using and navigating the relevant tax filing and e‑submission systems (e.g. e‑Filing, e‑Daftar, e‑CP204, etc.)
  • Support the preparation, checking, and submission of income tax computations and returns for individuals and companies
  • Coordinate with the tax team to ensure all client documents and data are properly received, recorded, and maintained
  • Monitor filing deadlines, follow up on client queries, and ensure compliance with IRB (LHDN) requirements
  • Handle general administrative duties related to client servicing, tax documents, and system updates
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added bonus
  • Familiarity with basic tax concepts or LHDN online systems is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in using tax software and spreadsheet applications
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally
