Strategic Production & Planning Lead
Job summary
A manufacturing company in Iskandar Puteri, Johor is seeking an Assistant Planning / Planning Manager. You will oversee production planning, coordinating resources to meet manufacturing objectives while ensuring on-time delivery and efficient operational flow. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Production or Operations Management, at least 5 years of similar experience, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time opportunity aimed at enhancing production efficacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling roles.
- Strong analytical skills and capability to identify process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commitment plans to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Monitor customer outstanding POs and ensure sufficient quantities.
- Lead and coach planning and control teams on daily issues.
