Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare staff schedules for manpower.
  • Monitor real-time operations and adjust staffing when needed.
  • Track attendance and update any changes in schedules.
  • Forecast workload and assist in planning future manpower needs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance.
  • Work with Operations to resolve scheduling issues.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.

Familiarity with WFM tools is an added advantage.

Willing to work rotational shift; on-site in Johor, Medini 9.

Requirement

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.
  • Familiarity with WFM tools is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work rotational shift; on-site in Johor, Medini 9.
Responsibility
  • Plan and prepare staff schedules to ensure enough manpower daily.
  • Monitor real-time operations and adjust staffing when needed.
  • Track attendance, adherence, and update any changes in schedules.
  • Forecast workload and help plan future manpower needs.
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on performance and staffing.
  • Work closely with Operations to solve manpower or scheduling issues.
